I had a very nice email from Mary who has an organization that needs knitting and crocheting help.

Please click on their link at the bottom of this posting and check out this charity. Let's spread the love around everyone. When looking at the progress of this charity (you can find it near the bottom of their home page) it looks like they went from delivering 18 boxes in 2000 to over 6,000 in 2009. That is quite a growth and shows the need that there is to help people in need!

Mary says they need and accept:

6 and 12 inch crochet squares,

Laprobes, blankets, quilts, afghans

Hats, gloves, scarves, mittens, earwarmers

Slippers

Chemo hats

Pillowcases

All baby items

Stockings
