Hobby Lobby “I Love This Yarn!” Stripe Print - 4 ply medium worsted
Color A: Jazzed Stripe – 2 skeins 5 oz, 251 yards or 1 skein of 7oz, 325 yards

Hook Size: H - 8 - 5.00 MM
Skill level: Advanced Beginner
Size: 5” x 60”

INSTRUCTIONS

Row 1: Ch 24, 3 dc in 4th ch from hook, sk 3 chains, *(sc in next ch, ch 3, 3 dc in same ch, sk 3 sts), repeat from * across, sc in last st. (20 dc, 5 sc)

Row 2: Ch 3, turn, 3 dc in same st, sk 3 dc, *(slip st in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, 3 dc in same ch-3 sp, sk 3 dc) repeat from * across, sc in last ch-3 sp. (20 dc, 4 slip st, 1 sc)

Row 3 thru completion: Repeat row 2 until scarf measures approximately 60”, finish off.

Hi Donna, I'm currently working on this pattern, it's working up very quickly, I love that! After reading the directions, I'm curious if I should do a finished row of sc to even out that last row? Thanks for posting your pattern! I have recently taught myself to crochet, it's nice to find an easy pattern that has style. I'll try to post the scarf when I'm done!

I am making this scarf and am wondering the same thing that Michelle asked in the above commet.. Why has there been no answer?? This patteren goes so fast and I love it.. Thank you so much for posting it and i would also like to know what the ends look like and is there any fringe on it or some kind of edging..

I think it would look great if you wanted to do a round of SC around the entire project.
